Find out what works for you.

LETTING GO OF YOUR STORY

Writer Charles Bukowski once wrote, ‘Find what you love, and let it kill you’. A poetic way of saying to find out what works for you in life, and in that process dissolving an identity that no longer works for you. In other words, letting go of a story that does not serve you anymore and transcending your limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns. What Mihály Csíkszentmihályi, has called ‘Flow’, or what Buddhists have called ‘Enlightenment’. If you find joy and meaning in what you are doing with your life, you will feel fulfilled, happy, strong and healthy.

Becoming more of who you really are.

HAVE THE COURAGE TO TAKE A LOOK

Change is scary. And changing yourself even more. But change means becoming more of who you really are. Doing something in your life that you enjoy and gives you meaning will transform your life. From that, others things will follow. A lot of things in our life are outside of our control, but the effort to get to know yourself better, to find why you are here and what you need to do, is something that is in your own hands. You just have to have the courage to take a look and the willingness to act. You will discover your true power.

Mastery through time and effort.

CONNECT WITH YOUR OWN STRENGTH

Taking those steps is a process. It takes time and effort. Although I believe that people are more than capable of taking care of their own lives, sometimes a little help or guidance can be helpful, and that is where I come in. It is my mission is to help you gain clarity in your thinking and feeling. To (re)connect you to your strength and wisdom, so that you can create the life you want. Because when you know yourself and what you want, everything is possible. I promise.
